What to expect when building on your own lot:
Pre-Construction & Selections - We will kick-off this exciting process with a consultation to determine which of the floorplans in our portfolio will fit on your lot. Then you will have an enjoyable and stress-free experience in our design center personalizing your new home. Next is to sign your contract and pay the building deposit.
Construction - Once the permits have been secured, you will be introduced to your Isenhour Homes project manager that will be building your home and and signing-off on your plans. And then, the digging will begin! Updates will be communicated to you throughout the building process. We will make sure you know everything you need to know about your home at the New Home Orientation.
Closing & Customer Care - Finally, close on your new home and let the moving process begin! We will follow up with our 60-day and 11-month warranties.
