It's that time of year again for the Fall Parade of Homes organized by the Home Builders Association of Winston Salem and sponsored by Allegacy Federal Credit Union.
This is a great opportunity to tour new homes built by some of the most prestigious builders in the area.
As always, this event is free to the public and will be held two weekends.
We once again have two homes entered into this year's Parade. The first one is the Preston floorplan at 2721 Monarch Way, Winston Salem, NC 27106 in the new Crescent Hill section fo the popular Sage Creek community.
